There are 7 major chakras (and many minor ones) in the human body, located in front of the spinal column, and aligned vertically up the spine.
They are all important as Individual energy centres, and to work to their potential, need to be in balance with each other, to encourage the free flow of energy throughout the body.
If there is an imbalance of strengths, then this will result in feeling “out of whack”,
discomfort, or even illness. Each chakra affects its' own particular set of organs and glands, and is also represented by its' own colour.
There are hundreds of different crystals.
When a crystal is formed in the earth, it has a precise internal structure, no matter what size the crystal. This is called the crystal lattice , which is that particular crystals own unique internal structure which never changes, like our own DNA.
One of the ways in which crystals work is by resonance. The whole of the universe,
including human bodies, cells and organs, is made up of energy which vibrates subtly at a certain speed. Illness in our bodies is caused when a certain organ or group of cells
develops an inconsistent vibration.
Dis-harmony = Dis-ease
A crystal will be chosen for its' specific qualities/vibration, and when placed on the body, or even anywhere within the aura (the body's own electromagnetic field), will gently regulate the body's own natural resonance, and so help the body to come in to balance once again, and ultimately achieve good health.
There are several ways to keep the chakras balanced
A Chakra Balancing Session will last for around 40 minutes, and is usually performed whilst the client is lying down, relaxed, on a treatment couch. For more information on how Chakra Balancing may improve your health and well-being, please contact us.
